I used the 8" out of a F** Granada (same size as the Maveric) and it has worked well they are pretty tough and the spring perches and and pinion angle matched up with mine perfectly, I was surprised.

I'm not sure and someone may correct me but I think all the 8-bolt wheels (Chevy or F#rd) are the same the only difference being the hole in the center, so I think the axle would work. I had a set of

Did you bleed the master cyclinder? Most likely it air in the lines, try bleeding the shortest length of tue first (this is usually the drivers front wheel) then move to the 2nd longest and so on. So

Thats a real good temp, infact I wish mine was that low some other guys might disagree but I think that 165-190 is considered a good range if your in the 200 there is definate need for better cooling
