Hi Oliver, I don't think your current problem sounds like tires/wheels but if you suspect a wheel or tire or combination of either you might want to enlist the help of a shop that has one of these...

I have a similar situation with my Toyota. I can live with it til I do the rear brakes but it is very noticeable when manualy spinning one rear wheel. Perhaps someone was driving with the E brake on
