I believe that the 1 ton drums are different than the 3/4, BUT the 1 ton front drums should fit the rear of a 3/4 ton, I belive, but I could be wrong, I often am. oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM

It need to be aligned, the camber is off. It's controlled by shims under the upper a-frame bolts, but don't do it by eye it needs to be exact, and probably should be set to the specs of the vehicle
