I also keep my truck as close to original as possible. I use my '55 GMC as a driver and have the original brakes. I find nothing wrong with them as long as you drive sensibly and maintain them well.

Brad, I just completed a rebuild of my wiper motor. I had the same symptoms you are experiencing. You can either send it to Ficken for a rebuild or do it yourself as I did. I have used both methods
