I put one in my 4a for auto-x last year. I also went with the upgraded springs. Last year it worked pretty well, this year it seemed to lose some of it's affect. Better than nothing but probably not

I did manage to fry one mini alternator by having a 50 amp charger on the battery and the car running at the same time, so now I disconnect the battery whenever it's on the charger. I've found with A

I woulda thought more Methane in these circles ;-) I love auto-x, haven't added air since Sept. in Topeka last year, pressure has dropped from 27 down to about 22psi but the car keeps working better.

On my auto-x car I just cut the stock front springs. I think it was a coil and a half or so but I ended up running a 1/2" spacer to keep the tires (9x23 slicks) from hitting the top of the fenders. T
