Well, I received my Robbins Top day and I'm very impressed after looking over the seams and quality of stitching. Calling around to local upholstery shops of got quotes of around $150 to install it.

After removing the heater motor today and looking at the melted plastic fan, my suspicion is that the motor didn't start the fire but rather heated pine needles. The way the fan melted leads me to be
