The trans and overdrive will ship FEDEX (my preference <cheaper>), UPS or Greyhound, as will the bumper. They need to be boxed and taped (no duct tape). UPS and FEDEX have web sites where you can get

Well, the book says that if the journal is more than .002 out of round it needs to be ground, so I would assume (there's that word again) that .002 would be a good working maximum clearance, but .001

Really, nothing. The brakes will undoubtedly have to be rebuilt, as will the clutch, but starting the engine shouldn't need anything else. Maybe check for spark while you have the plugs out.... Bill
