I was going to recommend just this. You need a cage, though...not just a bar. You'll also need a cut off switch, fire supression and few other things, and your tires can't stick out of the fenders.

Spec 7....is that a national IT class? All I know is that the Solo II rulebook, chapter 14, says 'Cars listed as eligible in and prepared to the current national IMproved Touring rules are permitted
