You can try heat on the broken off portion of the bolt. How much is exposed? If there's enough to get the exposed part cherry red & a pair of vice grips on it, do it...just put lots of insulation ar

BTDT ! I, too, broke several drill bits on broken seat belt bolts at the B-post. I tried heat (though not cherry red for fear of setting something afire!), Vise Grips, impact tools, and lots of diff

Option 1: Heat it with acetylene and then quench it with oil. The oil will get drawn into the threads by the intense heat and it will come loose much easier. You should probably do this no matter ho
