The TR-4 motor mount has a stud sticking out of both ends of it. One end goes through the frame and I'm pretty sure has a nut on the end of it. The other end goes through the engine plate. Sometimes

I'll add to Tony's reply that Cambridge Motorsports in the UK sells a much stronger than stock motor mount, and it's worth the effort to get them. Irv Korey
