- Thanks Brad ! It does have the AC stamp and yes I saved that Screw/Bolt/Thing a ma jig I just knew that no one had one of those in a regular US nut and bolt house. What I'm worried about is Pitting,

- Whoops... my mailreader don't quote attachments. Anyway, aluminum oxide (disguised rust) is powdery and white. I suspect that's what it is. If the surface underneat is pitted, then it's a dead giveaw
