I wouldn't worry about it too much yet. It sounds like it is just the selector forks being a bit sloppy, or the detent balls and springs getting weaker. Basically the selector forks are held in plac

Minor correction: I meant to say selector HUBS here, they are the parts that the gears push against, then the hubs push against the forks which push against the selector shafts which push against the
