Usually chuck key replacements are available from Home Depot. I know that I replaced the key to my 1/2" Milwaukee from them. My drill press has a 1/2" chuck and the key appears to fit the press also

Take the chuck off of the drill press and take it to Ace Hardware, Grainger's or even a Sears distribution center that sells parts and match up the chuck to a replacement key. Larry Wendland '67 BJ8
