You have new plugs, wires, and good compression and fuel to the cylinder. That leaves the cap as the fault for lack of an ignition source. Recheck the firing order just for piece of mind. 153624 Rem

As has already been suggested, see if #5 plug will spark when held against the engine (but be careful not to get your fingers in the way!). If it does not spark, check the inside of the distributor
