I have them on my BN1. I decided early on that I did not have the patience to be continually tuning (or paying to tune) wire wheels. For the cost differential a couple of tuning episodes are paid for

When I was in college and had my first Healey I never worried about tuning wire wheels as I didn't even know you had to!! But in all the years of driving Healeys, I never had any of my wheels tuned.

Have wires on the right hand side and park accordingly at Rich's place and wires on your side when you walk upto you pride and joy to drive off. Benefits are it is reversible and both left and right
