I have a new 1004 grill assembly from Moss. It comes in two pieces, the cneter vertical slat assembly and the surround. It has to be assembled, but there are no instructions, screws, clips, etc. The

I just looked at the grille from my BN1-- pretty sure it's as original -- the tabs on the surround are fastened to the outer flange on the slat assembly with very short (+/- 1/4") sheet-metal screws.

The tabs on the repro Moss grill (actually AH Spares) have no holes. You must drill through the tabs and the frame of the vertical slat assembly at the same time. I held the slat assembly to the chro
