Ken, My vote would be to final paint after assembly of the external panels is complete. You can then loosen the fender fasteners and slip in the beading. Overspray can be avoided by a meticulous back

OOPS, I didn't mean for you to tape a "squirt" around the bottom of your car. You couldn't get a hold of one to tape it. It would be easier to tape a SKIRT around the bottom to protect the chassis. Y

I recommend fitting the panels, then loosen enough to fit the beading in about a 1/2" Retighten the panels to hold the beading in place above the panels and so that the panels line up. Tape the expos
