Probably because with a live axle car, body roll doesn't result in a camber change at the wheel or as much of a camber change as IRS does at the wheel. I don't claim to be a big suspension expert and

Duh, I meant Negative Camber. I know I've seen pictures of some really beefed up Spridget rear ends that had a little NEGATIVE camber built in. I know it is a good thing for extreme cornering. I just
