First, try switching the nuts. You may find one works better on the other side. Then, I wouldn't fool around with shims. Just set it a little loose or tight and go with it. I would lean toward the ti

Thanks. I think if it were A-arm bushings, it would not go away when I tighten up the bearing. One "castle" is really quite a lot in thousandths of an inch, I believe. Although I'm no machinist, so

Ok, now I sit corrected. That is a good video. The way that thing is put together you need to tighten the nut and have the shims set your bearing clearance. __________________________________________
