Those inside bolts have to be loosened first. They are really hard to get at and I ended up buying another box end offset wrench to get a better grip. Just be patient...but take them off first. Other

Yup, that's the idea. I had to tighten the compressor enough to pull the arms roughly level to have enough clearance to first turn the nuts and then remove them from the studs. If you look at the fa
