Gordy, Lots of rodders use the old Mustang/Pinto shifters for the ease of install. In a truck would be too low to floor. I have also seen Camaro shifters, same as Firebird and about any Cavilier or J

Another place to look, (and they go for cheap money) is the Jaguar XJ6 shifter. They are set up for a th400 (universal mount design, but the guts are the same). Nice tight setup, cable attachment. I
