I hope you're talking about the rubber that goes in the track around the door opening, and if so, its pretty easy once you get going. There are at least two different ways that I know of to get the

Smokey, first cut off a small 6 inch section of the new cab lace (door gasket) and run it through the track to make sure there are no tight spots. If you find a problem spot, bend it back into shape
