The deluxe heater in my 59 extended cab pickup has been leaking, so I started messing with my spare heater, in the hopes that I can get it to not leak. The heater in the truck had a bad control valve

I had mine rebuilt by "Heater Valve King" in CA in 1997. Wasn't cheap at $84 but did a great job. Found him in Hemmings. I remember telling my wife it looked better than any jewelry she had. Of cours

I've rebuilt the one in my '50 a couple years ago. I don't know how similar it is to your '59. I got the rubber washer from an ad I saw in Hemmings. The washer was about 12 bucks. It's seem to be the
