Do you still have brake fluid in the master cylinder? If your master cylinder needs rebuild I suppose it could suck the fluid into the intake manifold. You should have a check valve on the power brak

Did you bleed the master cyclinder? Most likely it air in the lines, try bleeding the shortest length of tue first (this is usually the drivers front wheel) then move to the 2nd longest and so on. So

Er...I would suggest bleeding the LONGEST line first. In bleeding a brake system, one must always work his/her way toward the master cylinder (i.e. RR,PV*,LR,RF,LF). On some vehicles, bleeding the RR
