They will all fit but the best ratios, assuming you are using a 235, are in the T5 from the V6 models. Some of the 4-cyl T5's had a 4.03 1st gear and .86 overdrive 5th. The 4.3 V6 T5 has a 3.50 1st

What changes? I added a T5 to a 57 with a 235 and installed a new clutch disc to match the trans input shaft spline count hand twisted a ½" drill bit through the 4 bolt holes, chopped my driveshaf
