They are called clutch head screws and many of the local parts places carry them but not all...seems I see them often and I frequent NAPA, Pep Boys, Autozone, and Advance...but can't guarantee where

Closest thing I have seen Bill, is a Dremel, but the cut-off disks come in 1-1/4" diameter at the largest. I have not seen an electric one that will take a 1/4" shank. Would be worth looking into tho

Bill - Eastwood has cutoff wheels that fit electric grinders 4" or 4 1/2" 28062 for 10 mm arbor hole 28061 for 5/8" arbor hole These might work okay if you have a small grinder already. Regards - Joh

There is a tool I've used called a DuMore which takes 1/4 inch arbor and spins fast enough. These are expensive new and are best bought used. Any tool that doesn't turn as fast as an air grinder will
