I would recommend setting up an account on Paypal or doing like we all do with auctions. You get your merchandise after you pay for it plus shipping. Paypal would cost a little extra because they do

I have shipped t-shirts for a fund raiser before and found that the best way was in an envelope via Parcel Post. About 90% of the orders, even on the opposite coast, made it in 3 days. The rest were

Actually the small charge that I get from hosting a few sites for folks, goes toward all the fees that I have to pay for the domain. The yearly fee I charge per account would barely cover one months
