The swirled pattern that you refer to was on hub caps for the Art Deco trucks. I have one here hanging in my office. I used it as the background for the design I'm working on for the group shirts. Jo

According to my " Chevrolet Truck Data Book for Chevrolet Salesmen", 16" wheels were standard but 15" 8 ply tires/wheels were available as an option on the AD series. Around here (Dallas), 16" wheel
