I read with interest that the gentleman from Wisconsin was missing his Engine Reaction Arm. It calls attention to me that this is the kind of part that goes missing during rebuilds and restorations.

Moss states that PN 031-651 Torque Reaction Arms were only used on the TR4. Is that correct? If so, any ideas on what was improved or changed on the TR4A to eliminate the arm? Thanks, Dave Connitt Ci

I looked my 4 for the arm and I do not have a torque arm and I guess I have not for 18 years. What does it do and why would I need it

The engine mounts were changed, which would be my first guess. I believe there was also a period during TR4 development/production where they were worried about various resonances in the car. I know

Any idea whether these would fit on a TR3A ? Sounds like just the thing to keep my air cleaners from bashing the inner fender on hard acceleration. Randall
