There were certainly lots of complaints from SCCA folks as well, especially regarding the Runoffs - however, it would appear that the main reason for moving the runoffs is the proximity to the Nation

Good point. I don't know any high mucky-mucks in the SCCA to find out, but rather my guess would be it involved geographical considerations....more central location, close to new headquarters, etc. B
