- Started noticing 3rd gear is getting a high pitch wine. Smooth case tranny and 948 motor. All the other gears are fine. Is my tranny gunna blow up? In time I hope to go with a datsun tranny and 1275.

- Oh thank Goodness! Does everyone use 30 weight oil in their Trannys? Or is heavier gear oil better?

- I saw you already had a response from Paul A, take his word - he's the expert. What Paul did not say was he makes the Morriservice Datsun tranny conversion kits. I believe the Rivergate kit is a cop
