Not exactly. I have done this but it takes a bit of ingenuity. I drill and tap the blanking plug for the grease fitting but use a washer between the fitting and the welch plug. If not, the grease fit

The bushings were probably soldered in using an old fulcrum pin to hold them in place. When a new pin is screwed in it doesn't exactly match the threads and won't screw in all the way. How do I know
