- They are essentially the same. Morris engine serial numbers will be different and they were equipped with single carbs, but no other difference except maybe lower compression pistons (not sure). Ver

- There are 2 1098 blocks (Spridget), a 10CC and a 10CG. The 10CC has 2" mains and I believe the 10CG are 1.75", same as a 948. The Morris 10MA, 10ME and 10V are listed with 1.75" inch jounals too. Ger
