- Remove the windshield frame so they can spray everything. They can spray them at the same time so the paint matches. Then throw on a new seal and your good to go. no worries about rust underneath it

- When I took my Spitfire in last year, I took off all the lights, chrome and bumpers ( I let them do the windshield). I used a car dolly to pull it down to the shop. It is about 3 miles from the hous

- When you're ready to paint, remove everything possible. This will allow the body man to reach all of the hard to get at places and do a better job. The windshield unbolts easily, two nuts on the end
