I think they were an aftermarket accessory widely available through car shops in the sixties and seventies. They were also available bearing the logos BMC, Ford and lots of others. Adrian TR4A CT6430

Hi Brad, They are factory, but they look like the kind for a Triumph Herald. Heralds came as a set of 4. I have a Spitfire set that are longer and come without the tab in the arch. I bought them 10+
