- I acquired a '66 TR4A IRS w/OD for parts. Can I assume that if stock the ring and pinion are 4.1:1? I know 3.7:1 was standard with non-OD cars. John Frymark VARA EP #67 TR4A

- I know a lot of the books say otherwise but when i worked at a TR dealer in the '50s and '60s every car we ordered with O/D came w/a 4:11 rear end. You definitely had to special order a 4:11 in a no
