Current Solo2 helmet requirements are that the Helmet must comply with current SNELL ratings and can go back to the two preceeding specifications. I think this means that SNELL 95 and later approved

When they say slicks, they mean slicks. DOT stickies are legal in Stock and Street Prepared categories, and roll bars are not required there. The rule that requires roll bars for open cars in Prepar
