I descovered BT7L/1428 at the local Midnight Auto Parts Pick-Apart today and was able to salvage numerous parts. Question ??? It is a non-overdrive car, would the rearend gear ratio be 3:54 ???? FYI

Probably 3.909, but the best way to check (assuming the gears are original) is to find the marks on the housing, ie: 41/10, 43/10 etc. The 3.54 would read 39/11. As for it's being dead, what is the l

I suggest that you send this car number to the Bt7 registrar to put in the files of non operative cars. All registrars should have a list of these cars as well as cars on the road and its up to other
