Patton If the float is set correctly, try using a washer under the float seat. This will shim it down just a bit and may stop your leak. Maybe a rubber "O" ring to replace the top bolt gasket too. He

Yes Patton, the problem is most likely in the float level. Many times if you buy new jets there will be several washers included, increasing them will help the valve to shut at the appropriate level.
