I have both the seal kit and the 5-speed kit - The issue is that the seal is made fit around the stock backplate, but the 5-speed adapter backplate is thicker, and so interferes with the seal kit. Th

When I first removed the seal I sent it to Bill Perry at Rivergate so that he could look into maybe modifying his design to make it work with the seal. As far as I know he never did. Larry --Original
