The car needs an altenaror every car i put one on went faster not slower. You have about a 32 amp load to keep the car running now without the heaters........ The best heater i ever put on a LSR car

We run a single 110V heater coil in the tank (5 gal. cap.). I takes about an hour to get the oil up to an acceptable temp. We run the heater off the generator first thing in the morning. After that

We have a generator cart that has a generator (duh!), also has a right angle drill to prime the pump and some spare parts. We keep it with the car all the way up to when the car leaves to qualify. I
