One other sticking brake suggestion. Are you using Silicone Brake fluid? If so, your master cylinder bleed hole is blocked due to swelling of the cork gasket behind the push rods at the front of the

Far be it from my experience, but I have never seen a hydraulic e-brake. The only way that I can see the e-brake affecting the hydraulic system is if the rear brake "system" is worn and out of adjust
