- I set the toe in on my TR3 today and it drives ALOT better. It was toed out about 3/4". Can I make any other adjustments? I know I can set the steering locks. Can spacers be used on the upper ball jo

- Yes I have. And with abysmal results. Any more I will preset it by eyeballing down the edge of the front tires to the rear tires and then head over to a local alignment shop who will do it right for

- What is the Pin method? And, yes, all you can normally adjust on the TR4, as in the TR2 and 3, is the toe in. The shop I took my TR3 to could not do the thrust angle (four wheel) alignment on the TR6

- I do my own, most of the time. For toe-in, I made a "special tool", which is a length of 1x2 wood (aka furring strip) with two Masonite rectangles screwed/glued to it, each approximately 6" by 12".

- I bought the wheel alignment tool that MOSS sells for about $40. It is acutally designed for a car with more ground clearance than my TR3. Anyway, it was no big deal and I set the wheel aligment to 0
