you know I've had this problem too and I wondered, from looking at the schematic, about something called a instrument voltage stabilizer or something. Can this be at play? my guage reads full all the

mine read full all the time too. .. if i change the wire connections on the gauge, it still reads full. on mine, i believe its because the ground to the sending unit (in/on?) the tank is broken or m
