- I've heard of some successes with mothballs. Won't kill them, but they don't like the smell and, hopefully, decide to nest somewhere else. Cats are, by far, the best solution. -NORY Don't assume that

- I concur with Dan that this is a food chain problem. Rat Terriers can be very effective but high maintenance. A tribe of mean cats should convince these rodents to stay on your neighbor's side :-) Pe
