- Hello all, I'm restoring a '66 MGB roadster. In the new harness there is a collective group of black (ground or earth) wires coming into a 1/4" i.d. eye terminal that seems to want to locate approx.

- Make sure there isn't a nylon insert in that hole, or you won't be grounding to anything. My car has inserts, so it uses the striker bolt. I don't know if the inserts are stock -- my car has a LOT of
