I'd suggest going to some sort of poly bushings in place of rubber. They improve handling reponse quite a bit for a small penalty in harshness. It's been a while since I put mine in and I'd check th

I agree with Mike. You should not just replave the fulcrum. I tried this and it didn't work. I had play again after a year or two. I think you have 3 choices: 1) don't mess with fulcrum or kingpin.
