- I got a set of horn for the TR3a and they were not working. I had found an old english auto electics guy and he rebuilt them for me. Completely cleaned them up and even tuned them so they now sound

- The horn might be stuck internally. You can drill the rivets out and take it apart to see. Clean off the contacts and lubricate the magnet. Then put it back together with screws. I did this recently
