You're right, except for one thing, whoever got the bid in >>first<< is the "high bidder", just like in real auctions. (Bid times are used as tie-breakers.) Chris K.

Hi David, Thanks for the info and a recount of your good success with the home buying event in Reno. I too use that same technique of pricing to buy cars at impound yards. Sometime it works too well!
