I have NEVER had any luck with Mity Vac or other one-man brake bleeders on my cars. I finally came to the conclusion (and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong) that the brake bleed screws

With the Mityvac you will always get bubbles, what you need to do is be sure the bleeders are clean inside. Then just bleed about 1/4 of the cup and your done. Has worked for me for years. Crash ///

OK. Thanks to all for the suggestions. Now I understand what the instructions meant by "put teflon tape or grease on the threads" if you are bothered by the extra bubbles. I also can see that the "L"
